The Role
As a remote Refrigeration Specialist, you are the vital link in our mission. You've spent a lifetime mastering the complexities of commercial refrigeration, and you know firsthand the challenges a shrinking workforce presents. This role offers you the unique opportunity to leverage your vast knowledge from the comfort of your home, setting your own schedule, and making a profound impact on the industry you helped build.

What You'll Do:
Provide real-time, remote troubleshooting and technical guidance to on-site refrigeration technicians via our secure video platform.
Leverage your extensive experience to quickly diagnose and resolve complex refrigeration issues in commercial settings.
Mentor junior and mid-level technicians, building their in-house expertise with every call.
Help prevent costly emergency service calls, extended downtime, and significant product loss for our clients.
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the CondenSync platform and service.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 20+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration servicing and repairing critical refrigeration systems.
Specific Expertise: Proven experience with systems in large grocery stores, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical labs, cold storage warehouses, or similar critical infrastructure.
Attitude: A passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring the next generation. You are near or in early retirement and want the flexibility to work when you want while earning extra income for those well-earned vacations.
Availability: You are available for consults on a flexible, as-needed basis. You set your own hours and work when you are available.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: You get paid on a per-consult basis, with additional bonus incentives for high-value or high-volume consultations.
Flexibility: You have complete control over your schedule. Work from home and decide when you are available to take calls.
