The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and respected veteran of the commercial refrigeration field to serve as a key Strategic Advisor to our CEO and leadership team. This is a strategic role for an individual who is near or in early retirement and wants to remain engaged with the industry, but on their own terms. Your deep, practical expertise will be invaluable in shaping our product development, refining our customer acquisition strategy, and establishing our presence as a trusted authority. This role is for someone who has a passion for sharing their knowledge, mentoring the next generation, and leaving a lasting legacy on the industry they helped build.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to CondenSync's leadership team on product development strategy and market positioning.
Support customer acquisition and growth efforts by joining sales calls, including virtual video conferences and occasional on-site visits to prospective clients.
Lend your credibility and expertise to our sales process, helping to build trust and demonstrate the value of our solution.
Attend key industry conferences and trade shows to represent CondenSync and provide insights into market trends.
Help us to continuously refine our platform to ensure it solves the most critical issues facing commercial refrigeration infrastructure today.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 25+ years of hands-on experience in the commercial refrigeration field, with a deep understanding of servicing and repairing critical refrigeration systems.
Attitude: You have a passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring the next generation. You are a strategic thinker who is excited to help guide a company's growth.
Flexibility: You are looking for a flexible, negotiable work arrangement that allows you to control your schedule.
Travel: Willingness to travel 0-25% for on-site client visits and key industry events.
